DS Constructions Ltd. is now operating for more than tow decades in the field of metal roof covering for industrial and public buildings. Public and industrial buildings are often being designed so that their roof and wall are covered by various metals, mostly aluminum and steel. There are many kinds of roofing sheets in the market and most of them require the constructor to spend a lot of money on plant-to-site transportation and on (in most cases) complicated methods of installation. DS Constructions is the manufacturer of various roofing cassettes called D-LOCK. The D-LOCK serious of products contains both upper and lower cassettes. The upper cassettes are the ones placed on the top of the roof and are using as the final layer between the structure and the outside environment. The lower cassettes (D-LOCK-T) are the ones placed on the construction itself and carry the upper cassettes as well as the insulation. The D-LOCK products enable the architect and the constructor not only to build and design state of the art buildings but also to save money on conveying the goods to the project's site as the D-LOCK cassettes can be manufactured at the site in real time. In big projects our machines could be placed at site and manufacture the entire roofing system near or even on the roof; the cassettes could then be taken straight to their final position. In most of today's roofing methods the manufacturer of the sheets/panels/cassettes has to adjust the products to the length of available transporting vehicles such as trucks; while having to consider the small size of an average truck, the product has to be relatively small; in very big projects the using small sheets would force the constructor to use many vehicles in order to move them. Our cassettes could be manufactured in (almost) any length.More advantages of the D-LOCK products and our company: - Enables the design and production of complicated forms of roofs such as wiggly roofs, cones and domes.- A very luxurious and aesthetic product. Being considered both in Israel and in other countries as a top roofing product. Many architects in the world ask for this specific product in their drawings (mostly know as KALZIP).- Highly insulating traits (heat, coldness and noise).- Unique screw-free attaching system. The upper cassettes are being attached to the underneath structure by bending its 'ears' on a hidden clip. No screws are involved and the galvanization remains clear of drilling.- Recently we have developed a unique lower cassette, the D-LOCK-T 200. This product is very innovative and allows a span of up to 9 meters. In our other cassette for example (the D-LOCK-T 100) and in most of today's products, the possible span is not larger than 6 meters (between the construction's beams).
